The Nopesport Urban League returns in 2010!! We at Nopesport like urban orienteering, and so do you it seems as the number of urban orienteering events and participants in the UK grows each year. After another successful year of urban racing in 2009, the Nopesport Urban League is now firmly established as The UK's Premier Urban Orienteering League. A big thanks goes out to all the event organisers involved in 2009 without which the league would not be the success it is, THANK YOU!! People seem to be hungry for more and we aim to please with more races added to the line-up for 2010. It is as easy as it has ever been for all to take part and enjoy. Simply, enter any of the classes or courses in any of the events in the series and you will automatically be included in the league. Here is the line-up for 2010: Edinburgh - 30th Jan * Date of event to be confirmed Your age class will determine which league you will be included in. There will be leagues for Men’s and Women’s Junior (18-), Senior, Vet (40+) & Supervet (55+); at each race, the organisers will designate which classes should run which courses. Your best 6 out of a possible 13 races will count. The best score wins, simple! At the end of the year we will dish out the now legendary Nopesport Urban League trophies and everyone will clap and cheer as we do, Done. Enjoy!! |
